anyone have issues with heated mirrors on mercedes?

anyone have issues with heated mirrors on mercedes?
My outside mirrors seems to be hot even on a 50 degree day,
I think its short somewhere in the system so i tried pulling the fuses
but looks like its the same fuse for power windows as well,, so mirrors are not heating up anymore but front windows are not working
any ideas guys?
