Fan clutch stuck on pulley - what to do?

Fan clutch is stuck on the pulley. If I just pry away with leverage, it actually bends open the thin wrench. I have repaired the wrench.

If anyone is a mechanic here what should I do?

1. Tap on the wrench next time for a little impact action to break free the nut?
2. Take it to a shop?
3. Get a better wrench?

Thanks.

Not sure because I do not have a repair manual but some fans are reverse threads. Some one on here knows the answer to that one.
