I don't know what happened but right at the end a bidder retracted his bid so it sold at $30,000. Good deal if it's a decent car.

Just because that is what the auction ended at does not mean that is what will be paid for the car. I have much experience with cars on ebay...you should not use the ending or "winning" bids as the market value for cars.
