I ordered upper control arm for my driver-side and after reading a few reviews that the aftermarket ones don't line up as good I went out and looked for OEM.

Came across parts.com - ordered, received invoice from Mercedes then product delivered a few days after from Mercedes Benz w/tag

$160

the one from Autohaus is what I've read that didn't completely line up even thought it states OEM. They have a price of $118 but free shipping-

Armani... You ordered the upper control arm due to the alignment issue you've been having? I'm still having that issue of the car swaying from side to side and steering wheel play over bumps.

mine does the same over bumps but the steering play may be because of the tires.

that should be a LEMFOERDER part, right?
even if you buy this part as an aftermarket part it has the MB partsnumbers stamped in certain places.
my rubberbushings from lemförder have the mb parts numbers stamped.
always stick with lemförder if you want oem quality

Correct.... but these were shipped right from Mercedes with a Mercedes invoice. Which I thought was weird. I read that a few guys on here had a hard time installing the lemforder which/should be OEM (perhaps user error)

In either case.... it worked out well

I order a pair of outer tie rod from Autohousaz and it said LEMFOERDER on it and the price is half what the dealer had quote me. I got them last weekend and it looks the same as the oem. The original price on the part was the same price as the dealer but they had it make down to almost half the original price. Can't beat that.
