So I ordered a replacement blower motor for my air/heat and I knew I was going to have to splice the wires and that went fine until I had to connect the regulator to the actual blower motor assembly. It won't fit because there is a small lip with two threaded screw holes in the way on the actual body of the blower motor cage. NOW WHAT! Did they send me the wrong one or do i need to do surgery and cut that ******* off? Everything else looks right and the holes to screw on the regulator line up...... anyone else have this problem in the past?
