Debating whether to sell or keep low mileage w210..
I have a silver 2000 E55 with command in pristine condition with 34k miles on it, problem is I moved from SoCal to Tennessee almost 4 years ago and the car has been garaged kept back in L.A. I just don't see realistically shipping out here and driving it regularly... Although the car is such a beast, it would come with some regret to get rid of it. I was thinking of adding an ipod adapter and the bluetooth puck and just keeping it. So I'm really on the fence here.. I guess it really depends on the value and what I could get for it. Any suggestions on what it might be worth to someone looking to buy? THX

IMO, just drive it. E55 generally speaking don't hold value at all even at the low mileage. To be realistic your car might worth only $13K to $14K if you find the right person. Plus, what can you find anything better with $13k ?

You are on the edge of depreciation. A few more years and a low mileage cream puff will begin to appreciate. Unless you need the money.
But by all means it does need to be driven ocassiony to keep her in top form.

agree, but this car is not going to appreciate. I would think you would want to drive it or sell it. Not that expensive to ship from LA to TN, but be careful. You'll HAVE to keep it out of the bad weather due to the 210s rust issue ( which I would imagine isn't a problem in LA). I would think you would be lucky to get to 12/13k, and that would take a good while. It's a 13 year old car with 13 year old technology. Some of us love these old cars, but tough to get them sold. Good luck in your quest.

I would get it to TN, and then drive it.
The following is not the same concept, but:
I have restored cars from 1970. I drive them. (Many people think that I am nuts) I might be BUT, I really, really, just appreciate driving them. Original low mile, restored, or beat up, what ever the car.
Just be happy with the car and enjoy it.
