Finally got it.

I've been a member here for quite a while, and even when I wasn't I was on the forums reading as a guest. This has been my dream car since being in middle school playing Gran Turismo 2. I've owned an 01' 530i sport and I loved that car, but this is a different class.... That being said I love this car and the closest thing I can compare it to is having your own private jet. It's a 2000 with command, minus the changer and phone. That being said, I have a ? quick question.

Is there a cluster dimmer? If so where is it?

I don't think there is at least not to my knowledge.

On my '99 you use the + and - buttons on the left side of the dash. That might not apply to the facelift models.

congrats! dimmer is the same thing on facelift models, its the buttons to the left of the gauge cluster.

Thanks guys I found it........I actually have a bulb out in the cluster and I'm thinking of going to a white LED. So far I have done the water pump, rear pads, and rotors and one of the parking lights. I need to get a pressure bleeder to get the air out of my lines as I have to double pump the brakes to get it to stop firmly. I actually loosened a caliper bolt by mistake and some fluid came out so I bled them with the same results. Then I read that you should use a pressure bleeder so that's where i stand. I feel like I know you guys as i read a lot of your posts. My name is Blake by the way. I recently graduated music biz and am an artist but also working in Automtive. If anyone is interested I'll post a link.

Anyone know about So-Cal meets?

Thanks mbflo......Yeap and all the cds. Sucks to have nav and no changer though! Soon enough it will be an after market double din touch screen with all the goods.

Sharp ride - congrats! What part of CA? I just moved back here from AL about 10 months ago. I always see 210 AMGs when I go to the LA area. Had mine a bit over 8 years. Started with 16K, now it's got 162K...still loving every minute of it!

Fun fact: I got to hang out with B-Legit a bunch at my old house when my roommate was building his Harley for him in our garage. He was very soft spoken which really surprised me.

I bought the E63 about 4 yr ago and never had any major issue. The E55 have to many moving parts that could fail like the supercharger system. I don't want the headache. Beside the E63 look sexier.

Lol My cars aren't ready for the big lights yet, please believe a video is coming with the 55 though.
