if I put on my E55 now, these collector from Kleemann, the native brains do not need to touch?

I'm a little confused by your wordings. Pls clarify.

1. Collector - Headers?
2. Brains - ECU?

You don't necessarily have to modify the ECU but it is recommended for better performance and gain from adding the headers.

From the pictures, looks like you are missing the downpipe that connects to the headers on the Kleemann. Without the downpipe that goes with the headers, these will not match up with the OEM downpipe. Also, the Kleemann downpipes are just straight pipes without cats. You will need to send you ECU in to Cory to get the CEL bypass. If not you will get a CEL when you put the headers and downpipes in.
