Question ADS - SLS Suspension delete

Hi guys,

I have been wrestling with repairing my ADS system for awhile and I think I've finally had it...

First leaky shocks, leaky lines, bad accumulators, and back to a bad shock... With the shock not working properly it constantly triggers the ESP on that corner. Anyway... I'm done.

What would it take to convert this car, front and rear, to a more standard (steel) suspension. This ride wis BADASS when the ADS worked but since I spend more time fixing it than driving it I'm thinking that a coil spring and regular bilstein shock would probably serve me better.

I searched around and found a few similar projects but I didn't see anyone who did ripped out the ADS front and rear.

Any suggestions?

Sweet! That kit would make life really easy!

My only E55 experience is with my car so I'm a bit of a noob where it comes to US versions...

Did the US versions ship with coil overs and shocks? If yes, I can get those at a deep discount and might be a cheaper way to go.

Money isn't the end all but I'd like to flesh out the options.

Thanks for the link!
