New Wheels and Tires
I bought my E55 three months ago knowing I was going to need to replace the wheels and tires. Even before seeing the car in person I quizzed the PO about the condition of the wheels and didn't feel good that they would be acceptable in my eyes. He considered them fine.
The rear wheels had relatively new Hancook V12's and the fronts had worn out Bridgestone Pole Positions. Initially I planned on buying new V12's for the fronts but ultimately decided to replace all four tires to go on a set of refurbished wheels.
I love the look of the Monoblocks and decided to go with a set since this car is new to me. Down the road a few years I may decide to go with an aftermarket set of wheels when I get bored with the OE look.
I still need to hardwire the TPMS, adjust the tire pressures, and get an alignment.

Clean. Any future mods? I see you painted the side markers. I did as well and I also had my bodyshop paint the black front mesh silver as well. This car is a dream to drive just keep up w/the maintenance when due.

Yep, I wanted to get rid of the orange. I ordered a set of clear side markers and didn't like them on the car so I painted them silver (on the above pic). In addition to my paint looking like crap there was something else I didn't like about the side markers painted silver. Today I installed this charcoal set and am now happy. I like the contrast and that was missing with the silver set.

Looks sharp! I also went with the gray markers but my car is kind of grayish....obsidian black hence the darker gray markers looks flush.
