Question Wheel Alignment

Apologies if this has been asked on the forum before. I'm a newbie and this is also me popping my post cherry.

Here's the question:

If I recently had my wheels laser aligned and checked for toe/camber, then went on to have new tyres fitted (wheels balanced of course), would it be necessary to have the wheels aligned again?

*** Something I came to know of was the fault of uneven tyre wear on W210's. It seems I'm going to suffer with this regardless of alignment but would still like the advise ***

Thanks in advance!

I would align it again after the new tires because the alignment may have compensated for the unevenness of the old tires.

Makes total sense desired_speeds - I'll get the alignment done first thing tomorrow. Appreciate it!

At the garage as I write this. Had all four wheels balanced again and the alignment is being done now. I have a question though. During the wheel balancing, which they said is perfect, the mechanic said the tire is "jumping" on one of the front wheels. Apparently it's a "swell" once in motion. Have you heard of anything like this before?

The rim may be bent. A wheel refinishing shop should be able to fix it and make it true again.
