Depend to the caliper spec., and Vin #,
these protection sleeves not comes to the models up to aug/1999,
but after that they comes as a rubber protection caps only.....

I replaced those on My C43 (same caliper) a while ago. I used the BMW part instead (same ATE part, half the cost). BMW Part number 34111163415
For Mercedes they are a AMG specific part, for BMW it's a generic part (740 Series) so it's cheaper
