Coolant?

Hello,

I recently acquired a '99 E55. I got some records but I am not seeing any mention of a coolant flush. The car cools fine, I got a coolant tester and it was at the top of the scale in terms of protection. I did notice a very small amount of particles sitting in the coolant reservoir. Should I flush it as preventative maintenance or am I good for another year considering the test results?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

It never hurts to flush the coolant. Coolant is important because it helps lubricate the water pump, engine components and passages where it flows. That's besides its cooling characteristics.
It basically helps maintaining a healthy system.
Only use OEM Mercedes coolant in these cars.
