Plenty of threads on the W211 AMG forum, I believe it's similar, might help you.
The Kleemanns are not a direct fit, you will need to cut and weld. Also, some blokes reported clearance problems with the steering column, so I think you'll have to keep that in mind.
Maybe someone with the headers will chime in.

Trust me, i use both, kleemann and ams in the same car, ams is beautiful and cost/benefit is good. But kleemann's has not comparison, high price? yes.. You got what you paid. Cost? hi.. Benefits? if you love your car it put a big simple in your face.
