Clicking Seat Problem
Do any of you folks have the clicking seat issue? Anyone successfully cured this problem? My 2002 has it, and I've tried to ignore it, but at times it can be annoying.
I've read some old threads where MB has some replacement fasteners for specific parts of the seat frames. But some have only experienced temporary relief. I've read in other threads that the real cure is to replace the seat frame. My guess is to do so isn't inexpensive.
So has anyone solved this problem in a DIY manner? If so, how?
Thanks

I know it's does involve a lot of work. The whole seat/frame must be removed. I also remember there was a service bulletin regarding this issue.

Good luck,
