high revs while starting

2002 E55 AMG
high revs while starting
So as of yesterday my 02 e55 seems to rev to 2k while starting and then settles at 1k. It wasnt doing this before. Already tried soft ecu reset and didnt help. What can it be?? Drives fine except for that

Fixed it! I started looking for vacuum leaks and at the throttle cable. Turns out the cable was stuck. Its seems to click into different positions and i clicked it ones to the left and it solved the problem thanks for the help

When I first got my car I noticed a lot of pedal was needed to be pressed in order for it to go. I tightened it too tightly and experienced your symptoms. I had to tinker with it to get the right amount of tension and power delivery.
What's odd is that yours started doing this suddenly. Do the cables loosen over time?
