Does anyone have a link where i can buy #1 springs pads for my 02 E55? Or do i have to go to the dealer for them? What about price? I want to lower my car just a bit might also cut the springs. Anyone done this before and if so how much did you cut?

I cut one coil off of the springs on my e320 and it did not affect the ride much, it dropped about 3/4 inch.

 

Just go to the dealer. This part is cheap and shipping will cost you more money.
