Vibration from 40 to 60
Hey guys.
Experiencing what is at times a fairly aggressive vibration from 40 to 60 mph.. and no it's not the tire balance (I don't think).. I got my tires balanced and aligned a a specialty shop thats very good, then went back to them after the vibration had developed more and they re-balanced and aligned everything and told me it was mechanical.. Which is what it feels like it is. I have fresh motor mounts, tranny mount, and driveline bearing/support in the car.
Can anyone guide my thinking here?

Unfortunately many things can cause this problem. Some, including myself, have had luck removing a spacer that sets the rear pinion angle. It is relatively simple to do and worth a try in my opinion. In addition, I've made this problem better by replacing my rear subfrrame bushings and differential bushings.
I would try the spacer first and go from there. Have a look at this thread and ask any questions you may have.
