Eurocharged Performance E55 headers. On sale now!

Eurocharged Performance is proud to announce a group buy on our proven E55 headers.

Group buy price: $620+shipping

Our high flow exhaust headers greatly reduce exhaust gas back pressure allowing the engine to breathe freely and produce more power, and supercharged as well as naturally aspirated engines will benefit from the use of these headers. Headers and downpipes are tig welded stainless steel for corrosion resistance and strength.

A naturally aspirated V8 will typically gain 7 to 10 percent in horse- power and torque, while a supercharged engine will gain as much as 15 percent in horsepower and torque.

The kit includes stainless steel headers, stainless steel down-pipes, OEM gaskets and OEM bolts.

We need a minimum of 10 committed buyers to honor this pricing. This is the lowest we can possibly sell these for so don’t miss out on a great set of headers for an exceptional price.

Headers can be ceramic coated or thermal wrapped for an addition fee. Please contact Eurocharged Performance for pricing and lead time.

Minimum met! This pricing is good to go! Give us a call to place your order!

Those looks very similar as Kleemann W211 header.... I wonder if the same design. This header bring my car really nice sound and power. But pain in the azz for California smog...

How was it a PIA?

I havent noticed any of my last two smog where the guy really looked under the car too thoroughly.

I have passed twice with my secondary cats removed. I figure I will need to buy new primaries anyway.

Smog shop usually do visual check for header, Primary and second CAT.... if missing, some shop won't approve.

You will make a cut past the cat but just before the O2 bung. The included down pipes need to be welded where the cut was make. After that just bolt them on. You do not need to modify the steering column.

Quick Question: I'm on my way to my indie shop to discuss, but should I assume that I have to delete my primary cats to install these headers? If so, I will also need to flash my ECU to compensate, is that correct?

It looks like Kleemann header so need to remove the primary CAT. You will also need a tune.

Does anyone have dyno sheets showing how these perform?

How long is the group buy going on for?

sure these von fits W210?

I had 4in1 headers but they wont fit the w210, stabilizerbar and/or steeringbox are way to close, in my case the stabilizer went directly thru the headers as they where not designed for the w210. I ordered kleemann headers then ... they are 2in2in1.

the price is really nice! If these will fit the w210 i am really interested in buying a set incl. shipping to germany.

As you also offer these headers in the W211 section please respond:
Are these headers W210 Headers? As the headers for the W211 WILL NOT FIT the W210!

I've got a '99 with the ECU that can't be reflashed (to my knowledge), sounds like guys in my boat are out of luck?

You just need all 4 o2 sensors connected. Kleemann headers therfor have 2 threads directly behind the headers in the downpipes ... aprox 4-5cm distance between the threads ... this should do the job.

I looked into this issue a few years ago when Kleeman was having a sale as I too have a '99. You can relocate the 02 sensors dowstream, behind the cats. Other than that, you're SOL.

I think you need the O2 sensors on both sides of the first cat only. 2 cats x 2 O2 sensors = 4 sensors. Shouldn't be problem I suppose. The exhaust after the secondary cats was never monitored with O2 sensors.

What I will do is get a set of L extenders for the O2 sensors like my buddy with his WRX did and go catless!! There are only two pairs of sensors up front hence shouldn't be a problem. With the extenders, the light will not come on. I will try just the front two bung holes with the extenders and see what happens.

Seriously, if these fit, I can imagine hearing the sound of the exhaust I wish I can change mine from the shortie to these

Try the L bung extender and you might get away without having to deal with the ECU

Excellent question. I'd like to see a response, even though I've decided to go another route, just out of curiosity.

Has anyone purchased/installed these yet?
