test can wiring for short circuit to geound or open circuit
Hi brothers, I have e55 amg w210 model and I have got a problem with it which I could not solve it.
The problem is sometimes I get all window not working and if I disconnect the batery and connect again every thing will be fine, then after 1 day I get central lock not working and horn also, and now brake light working all the time..
I chekd with computer the faults codes are:
B1054
B1055
B1057
B1059
B1021
B1023
All related to fualt in can communication with control unit DCM.
Pls help me to solve this problem

bader - please take of 1st-thing-1st - if I understand correctly - the brake lights on "on all-the-time" - is that correct.
If the Brake Lights are on all the time - then the Brake Switch needs to be replaced 1st - use genuine MB part only as the China-knockoff brake switch is not-good - it's not only a question of your brake lights - that brake switch is also a major grounding/connection point for startup.
On your other issues - a couple of things - if voltage drops below a certain point - yes - you loose some settings - the battery issue - make sure battery cables are clean - and clean the ground cable connection to the body and reattach that side of that cable. You might have the battery "tested" - with W210's there are gremlins that come up when battery is headed towards failure.
Also check that your ignition switch is "tight" in the dash - has round nut that needs to be tightly screwed so cylinder/connections behind are correct.
