Sluggish Off The Line
Hello everyone. I took my car to the 1/4 tonight and it was very slow in the 60ft. no matter how hard i tried it would not get any wheel spin and the launch felt weak and like something was holding it back. besides that everything else was good, the burn out, the shifts. The trap was okay - 104. The weather was in the mid 40's with dry air. What could be causing this? Throttle body? Torque Converter? Would original transmission fluid cause the car to launch more slowly?
Another thought I have, is maybe the track is too well prepped and the traction is causing the esp to freak out and reduce power initially?
The ESP was off by the way.
