Nope.
Completely different platforms. The bumper, taillights and trunk.
If you mean the quad exhaust tips, It could be done by running a single pipe from the current muffler to the new exhaust tips ( quad tips on a W210 is ugly as hell IMHO).
If you want to install a second muffler it's very hard and expensive because the spare tire well is in the way.
