Bought a Silver 2002 E55
Just want to share that bought a 2002 Silver with 2 tones interior.
This car has the most equipment I believe in W210. It has parking sensors, Cooled/heat seat, voice command, wood Steering wheel like Brabus, Navigation with 118K miles. Here some pix.

nice car.

try to find folding mirrors, retrofit this option.
all UK cars were fitted with folding mirrors as a standard option.
there are people on UK forum breaking w210 cars, maybe you'll be lucky to find folding donor mirrors
then you'll have all switch centre console

look for AMG or Brabus doorpins they are much nicer than plastic golf pegs MB are using on US sold cars

So far, I need rear tires and valve gasket seal. The car recently has rebuild tranny due to coolant leak contamination. So new radiator as well and new AC compressor. Time to do some maintenance now. Oil change, air filter, new belt...

how can e55 have coolant leak contamination, never heard of this problem b4.
is it one of the hoses or cooler container going bad?
these cars didn't have crappy Valeo radiator only w203 C32 AMG

They did have valeo radiator problem.... some 03/04 E55 W211 also has the same problem.

i thought w210 had BEHR radiators like w202 c43
at what mileage did your car suffer from coolant contamination?
at low miles or high miles 100+++, what does your documents say?

The tranny was rebuilt about 2K miles ago so approx 116K.

I wonder if you can upgrade the ventilated seat fans like the 211 guys. It was a nice feature to have, but they were a bit underwhelming; I do wish I had them now though.

yea... I had a 2000 black on black for 3 years then 2002 silver for 8 months.
Really missed this car so my third W210 E55 and I am sure this is the last one.
