P0400 code Already Replaced EGR Valve

Need some W210 M113 expert advice.

I have a P0400 code and when I pull the data using Carsoft it states: Check actuation and vacuum control, and check current draw of vacuum transducer. I have already replaced the complete EGR assembly with the Pierburg. The pipe itself going into the intake manifold is completely clean and wide open.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Update

So I went through and replaced all
vacuum lines on the EGR valve, also double checked the pipe running into the intake manifold from the EGR and it is completely clear. Just to be safe I replaced the EGR switch over valve and the MAP
sensor, car is still
pulling the P0400 code.

HELP!!!
