Do I need a new pully or a new belt?

My 00 E55 just turned 90K. It starts just fine in the morning. But, as soon as I put it gear, I hear a squeak or a squeal coming from the engine compartment. I sprayed the belt with water on the first occasion, and it went away. Didn't work the second time. The noise goes away after I have driven it a few miles. I am hoping it's a belt issue. What are your thoughts please.

Replace it all?

I would look at replacing the belt and the pulley.

And if the tensioner is original maybe that too.

Belt Part Number A 011 997 97 92
Pulley A 000 202 09 19
Tensioner A 112 200 09 70
