its not too hard, I switched out the passenger glass because it was not blue

this is for the rear but the front is similar, obviously dont remove the regulator just take the glass off of it and then wiggle it out the top. To get the new glass in I had to remove the black b-pillar trim, the weather strip around the glass and the plastic trim on the inside to get the right angle. When you put the new glass in its easier to get it mounted on the regulator loosely then cycle it to the top before tightening it down. I spent a lot of time trying to get mine aligned properly and not leaving gaps. Hope this helps

i just did the rear because none of my new doors had blue glass. What position was the regulator when you removed the glass. Doesn't the glass have to be all the way up to remove the torx on the window track? Do you remove it completely or just loosen it? I took a look at it and could see how to get the glass off the regulator.

When I completely removed the torx the window was almost at the bottom. Once the torx was removed I raised the window until I was able to get the regulator off of the track. I removed the slider closest to the back of the car first then angled the window to get the front one.
