E55 fair price
I am looking at a 2005 E55 with 48k miles with 2 previous owners. What do you think a fair price? He is asking $32,500. Very good condition with a few rock chips , all maintenance work has been done including timing belts .

The w211 E55 have timing chains and not belts that are good for 150K at least

Too much IMO unless he has a lot of modifications on the car. FWIW, I paid $18,800 for my 2005 back in August of 2014. The car had 77,000 miles at the time.
And what do you mean, "timing belts"? The E55 has no such thing. If the timing chains were replaced, I'd be asking, "Why?".

There is absolutely no reason to charge that much for that car.
Its a great car and low miles but its not a collectible.....yet.
Does the owner not understand that you can get a w211 with same mileage for less?

No more than $20K. I paid mine 7 years ago a 2006 about the same mileage for $40K ! That's 7 years ago ! My car is fully equipped. DynamicSeat, Cool/heat seat, keyless go, Panoroof, parking sensors...
$32K for 12 years old car is just crazy.
