Can the m113 out of a 2001 e55 run on a stock 99 e430 ecu? I understand that the ecu changed from me 2.0 to me 2.8 between these years, but is there any difference on engine? Can I just reuse my e430 wiring harness and ecu?

I typically don't post because I usually don't have much knowledge to share and/or a decent search found the answers I was looking for. But I'm looking to do this swap soon and I haven't found answers to these questions. Any advice on doing the swap in general is appreciated as well.

it should work, I would look in the c43/c55 threads because it is basically the same swap.
