W210 E55 Stering Wheel Interchangeability
My 02 E55 has the standard perforated leather tearing off the steering wheel. There are all the nice wheels and modded steering wheels available but I'm trying to save some money as opposed to spending $500 plus on my car with 186k on it. I found a wheel that I was told came off a CLK 55. Will this fit??? The red wheel has the same insides as my steering wheel but the black wheel that Im looking at buying is a little different. I borrowed these pics for comparison but neither of them is my wheels.

You get answers by checking the VIN first, then you can use the FUYA approach!

I'm pretty sure that the CLK wheels are the same. Here are some pics the steering wheel that came off my W210 E320 wagon. I swapped it out for a W210 E55 steering wheel, which bolted right on.

Well it fit perfectly. Such a big difference having a nice steering wheel. It arrived about 25 minutes ago and I put it on. Would have been faster but one of the airbag bolts was totally stripped and I had to cut through the steering wheel and cut the bolt off but asides from that it was super easy. Thanks again.
