Fuel Tank fill problem - pressure spits fuel back out
Any ideas here?
When fueling, even with a little bit of fuel, the tank spits out fuel mist like it is under pressure after I remove the nozzle. Additionally, it If try to use the hands-free of the nozzle so it fills all the way, it will not disengage and will just keep pumping fuel until it spills out.

I also have a P0170 Bank 1 and P0173 Bank 2 (MAF is good), but I do not think that is related since the fuel tank fill problem has been happening for years.
