FS - 1999 W210 E55 AMG Original Owner Pristine
I have this listed over on Rennlist where I have been active for years, in the Member Classifieds. I received a reply recommending that I list it here on mbworld. So, here it is.
1999 W210 E55 AMG. This is as good as it gets if you are a meticulous enthusiast.
Original owner, ordered new from Brumos in Jacksonville, FL in July 1996. Took delivery on 6-27-99. The car was never used as a daily driver, always garaged without exception, Florida car. Never damaged original paint. Rarely in rain and never in snow or salt. Just turned 77,000 miles.
As you can hopefully see from the pictures, it’s a basically “as new”, however, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was never damaged, never even a dent. Every panel, every door jam is polished/waxed and 100% original. Every service record from day one including a picture of the new vehicle delivery. The car has been incredibly reliable with impeccable service and care. It was just serviced a week ago and needs nothing. All fluids recently flushed, rear main seal done as preventative. No expense spared.
The normally aspirated 5.4 liter V8 from AMG runs like it did on day 1 and is an absolute joy. Given the history I have with this vehicle, I am very apprehensive about selling it. I definitely understand how these cars have depreciated given what I paid for it new. They have stabilized now. I am not interested in low ball offers. I am putting this out there in an effort to find someone that would appreciate the car’s one owner history and care. If it doesn’t sell, I will keep it.
I have already been sitting on it for months trying to figure out if I really want to sell it. A recent home sale and limited storage space has finally forced me to put it out there for review.
The price is $12,900 and it’s an amazing amount of car at that price. Thanks for looking.
