New Member 2002 E55
Hey Guys!
I wanted to introduce myself. I just picked up a 2002 E55 with 110k miles on the clock. I'm loving the car so far. I've been a BMW guy the past 10 years but came across this car while browsing craigslist. I went and looked at it the day I saw it, thought about it over night and decided to go for it. I've always been a huge fan of these cars and this one was in my price range. It's pretty clean for a 17 year old car. The previous owner had no maintenance records whatsoever but only had it less than a year. So far I have had to replace the voltage regulator and went ahead and did the valve cover gaskets and oil change. I also went ahead and replaced the original AMG mats with regular OEM black Mercedes mats. I still need to do some light PDR on it and replace the headliner but other than that it seems like a solid car. I'm looking forward to learning a lot about it on the forums. I work in sales at RBM Mercedes in Atlanta and have gotten tons of compliments on it already!

Welcome E55W210,
I think you'll appreciate this beast.
IMO, w210s still the best E-Class sculpted cars and easy to maintain too.
There is lots of information on this forum here and here as well as the other forum here and here, PLUS you already have a good resource working at a $tealership

At 67,000 miles, my 2002 E55 was the first used car that I bought with more than 30,000 miles. Have owned it for little over a year and love it so much that I have actually retired it from daily duties and bought a 2012 X5M as a daily.
Enjoy your 55 as there's nothing better under $20,000 that's this much fun to drive, not even the W211 E55 and Yes I have had one for 3 years.
