Oil level sensor is on the passenger side top down into the oil pan. From the outside, best you can do is inspect for oil/dirt, disconnect connectors clean with electrical cleaner and hope that solves the problem. If a lot of oil is coming up and out, O ring may be deteriorated. If the sensor is dead or even if its just the o ring, then you have to remove/separate the lower oil pan and there are 2 torx inside that hold the sensor and have to come out before you can remove the sensor up and out. Once done, you have to reseal the pan with approved rtv. Separating the pan is a challenge and be ready as oil will be in the pan and oil will drip down from the upper.
