Will 19" C215 CL600 wheels fit?

I've got a 2001 E55 with some aftermarket 19" wheels the previous owner installed. No idea of their offset. Just know they're 19 and my tires are 245 / 35 / 19 and 275 / 30 / 19.

Got hit by some jerk the other day and a wheel was damaged. They no longer make my wheels so I can't find a replacement and insurer is going to give me cash instead.

Not enough cash that I can afford some monoblocks (18x8.0 with 31 offset front / 18x9.0 with 35 offset rear). But the wheels show below are in my price range.

Seller says they're 19X8.5 fronts, 19X9.5 rears from a 2002 CL500. Some googling suggests offsets are 44 front and 46 rear.

Any idea if they'll fit my car? Work with my existing tires?

You would need some spacers to make it work. In my experience, spacers are iffy on the 210 since there is so little hub left for the wheel to sit on when you use spacers. What would work is a 5x112 wheel with a larger bore and the spacer could fit the hub and then also fit into the larger bore and there would be material to center the wheel. Otherwise, it is very difficult to use spacers with the 210 hubs. I say pass.

Please see pics below showing the difference between stock offset and the rims you're thinking about.

Absolutely no question you would need to run spacers. I would talk to Phil at OtisLA regarding the spacers if you decide to run spacers as he manufactures special ones that sit correctly on the W210 front hubs and are still hubcentric for proper rim mounting.

In looking at what would be a necessary spacer thickness for the front in order to space it out far enough from the top bolt on the front suspension so it doesn't rub, essentially matching factory offset you would need a 15mm spacer.
Obviously this would move the rim and tire combo out 15mm so you "might" run into rubbing issues on the fender lip, it depends how much your fenders were "rolled" at the factory and what tire you're running but I doubt the extra 2mm past stock would be an issue.

On the rear a 15mm spacer would be fine with no fitment issues.

Thanks BlownV8 and ACB_E55 for the responses! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I've been mourning the death of my E55.

I thought it just needed some body work. Turns out there was suspension damage too. It was deemed a total loss and now, rather than shopping for new wheels, I'm shopping for w211s.
