Yesterday I acquired a E55 4matic t-modell. I drove it from St. Petersburg to Moscow which is about 700 km. The shocks are absolutely dead but it still drives fine on a nice and new toll highway.

I have done some pre-reading regarding the car. I understand it is in fact an AMG modified E430 4m and possibly lacking some AMG specific things here and there that are present on RWD AMG cars.

But also I have found a leaflet with E55AMG 4matic specific suspension parts with AMG part numbers that do not show up anywhere

So basically I have two questions

1. Can anyone confirm that these cars left factory with 4-matic specific AMG suspension?

2. Are they still obtainable?

According to EPC, part numbers are:

Front shocks:
A2103203630 (OLD part )
A2103236000 (Revised part)

Rear shocks:
A2103202713 (OLD part)
A2103200913 (Revised part)
Looks like your car has the same shocks as the E430 4Matic. It does not show the Self-leveling / ADS option equipped.
If you can check the current shocks for an AMG logo or a specific part number this would be helpful.

Thank you. The shocks installed are normal non-amg. Did you ever come across amg 4matic suspension?

No, I have not. Try registering for AMG private lounge using your VIN.
Post your inquiry there, they might have access to the correct part numbers.
