Has anyone ever switched out the regular heated seats for the heated/ventilated seats?

Say you get all the dash controls, will that switch bolt in and everything be good to go? Is there anything besides the correct center console wood needed?

I'm not seeing pics of the seats.. but OP states they're using multi-contour seats. To me, that means seats from a W211 car. I could be wrong.. I'm purely assuming here. I'm looking to use W210 heated/ventilated seats. Replacing the only heated seats in my E55 now.
