2000 e55 sec air pump

2000 e55 sec air pump
Looking at possibly buying a 2000 e55, but have a quick question.
The. car has Kleeman headers, secondary cat, resonator, muffler delete, I.e., running straight pipes. The PO also removed the sec. air pump (since sec. cats were gone) but it kicks a CEL. Question:
1. Does removing the air pump cause any issues with the engine?. I understand it only activates at cold starts.
2. Is there a way to “fool” the ECU to stop kicking out the CEL?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I remember there is a setting in SDS that disables SAI pump. Even an advanced scanner like the Foxwell NT530 (currently using) can code the SAI pump to 0.
Find an independent shop with Star system or buy an advanced scanner.
