Hi all, thought i'd share my w210 E55 build. I bought my E55 roughly two years ago, bone stock early 99.
First thing I did was remove those wheels, and put the wheels I had on my old CLK320
I had it for a good part of a year before I manual swapped it. Around Jan 2020. Some misc pics. Donor parts off a Crossfire, literally almost everything from a crossfire. (except crossmember)

I've clocked in 10k miles so far with the manual swap, and 40k miles total on the car since 2019. Loved every bit of it. Next thing I'll probably do is aftermarket LSD.. and just keep driving it. I really really want to do a comparison video between the E39 M5 and the E55. And maybe do another manual swap on another AMG.. haha. we'll see
I have a s210 with the om602 and the 5 speed. trying to find a CLk cabrio here in canada to do the same manual slk/crossfire swap! Keep up the good work, the wide body and wheels look sick!
