Continental TR7412UB-OR Install
Hi guys!
So I'm pretty good when it comes to mechanical work but I have no experience with head unit installation. I tried looking for infos about installing a Continental Radio TR7412UB-OR but can't find information on how to do it properly. I thought I only needed a metra kit but...nope.
Anyone installed that head unit and can give me some input on how to do it properly?

I installed one in mine last year. I found the wiring diagram for the factory Becker head unit and had to switch around a few wires on the Continental harness so the correct ones matched up. It was only like 2 wires that didn’t match up. I butchered the connectors because I didn’t have the right tool but it all works fine. The only thing I still need to do is hook up the power to the cig lighter so the buttons light up when I turn the head lights on but it’s no big deal really. Good luck
