Hi all
I have a 1999 E55 AMG sedan. I have to replace the headlights and got a replacement from JC Whitney. However the connectors are not the same - I have 2 connectors in the car for the old headlight and only one in the new one. I have looked at other supposedly “perfect match” E55 headlights and all. If them only have one connector as well.

Any advise ? Is there a different part number I need to order ?

you got and or have the wrong part and of course you did go to MB EPC to get the correct part number before you bought crap dident you

 

The E55 came with auto-level headlights and Xenon headlights. The replacement appears to be for the fixed halogen headlights on the base models. Try eBay for replacement Xenon lenses but be advised they may no longer be available. I believe I picked up the last pair out of Latvia a few years ago.
Edit: if you are seeking to replace the driver side headlight because of the crack in the housing, I have a driver side headlight shell that is good that has no guts in it.
