2020 E53 Designo Interior Driver's Seat Problem

New to this forum and starting with a question to all. These are the driver and passenger seats in a 2020 E53 AMG coupe. The driver's seat is extended from the seat back shell, and the fabric is wearing through fast. I cannot figure out how to get the seat to retract closer to the back shell. Lumbar support and side bolsters are set to zero and the dealer doesn't have any quick answers. Anyone seen this before or have any helpful suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You might want to post this in the W213 forum. This is for cars up to 2002.

Upholstery shop to repair or replace. Is it rubbing, or wearing from use? If it were me, and i was not about to sell, I would try a patch. No one else sees it.
