certified pre owned e55
has anyone leased a cpo e55? length of lease/monthly payment? etc.
bmw has very attrative lease rates on m5's..under 1000 per month for 36 month lease, depending on the cost of the car. I am interested in the particulars of how a 1-2 year old e55 would lease out.
I'm on the waiting list for a 2003 e500, but an e55 might lease out about the same...
think i'd rather drive a 1-2 year old e55 vs a new e500
any insight would be appreciated.

new E500 will be a great car, but if you buy a cpo E55 you can just toss it around since it has already been driven.
E55 after the facelift will definitely be my choice if i'm comparing the new E500 and 1-2 year E55.
most of the time i would choose the new car but not in this case because E55 is a beast. roomy and powerful. just make sure the car is in good shape.

Just as I did, my 99 E55 is CPO vehicle, it is well woth pay the little extra to get the peace of mind that you own a never wrecked and in good shape car, and MB USA backs it up with one year extended warranty, I got 2 more extended years for only 1100.00 bucks, I thought that was a good deal.
