If you own, then definitely not...it ain't worth it, not even for a sl55...
maybe for a sl65 AND Catherine Zeta Jones AND Halle Berry AND Cindy Crawford...now you're talking....you could then let them have it for 6 months,
you'll need that much time to enjoy them before you tire of them

I wont even valet my car, why would I agree to let a stranger put 30 miles on it? I am sure your payment is even more than $750/mo. Now if it was $5,000 it would be a different story.

I owned a R230 SL500 for 17 months before trading up to the E55. The E55 is much faster, more fun but I would be tempted if MB USA lends me a SL500 just for fun for a month. I would however make sure they throw in a full detail, wax job before returning the car to me.
