Hey guys i have an IPOD can i connect it to my stereo? If so can you give me some tips on how to!

Don't you W211 boys have the AUX connector in the glove box? Use a wire?

Or, Dension Ice Link. If you want to buy an icelink tell me, I'm trying to get a group buy going.

I do have a AUX conector so i just plug one wire to the ipod and the other end to the aux and this should work right?

How does the wire should look like anyone have a pic?

In about a month, the iPod-Mercedes kit will be out. You will be able to control your ipod from your steering wheel control and display song titles.

Chris is right. The beauty of the MB iPod kit is that the sysem will automatically turn off your iPod when you shut down the car.

I have a fairly nifty iPod hidden under the arm rest hooked up to a remoteremote2 RF remote (no line of sight required), with the speaker cable going back to the AUX jack in the glove box.

However, everytime I take the key off the ignition, I have to remember to turn off the iPod using the remote or I will drain the iPod battery.
