CF Engine Cover Overlays....
Ok gang,
We have a board member who has worked to source a very nice CF cover engine cover. He wanted to offer them to the board and follow the TOU, so I am posting this for him. Email or pm Peter B if interested.
These are surprisingly affordable. these stick to oem pieces with 3m tape so oem pieces arent distroyed and no down time on car, you send nothing. they take about 2 weeks.

Where are the pics? I'd be interested to see the difference between what you have and what my source made for one of the tuner's in the East Coast.

I'll let you know on Monday about the price. I'll have all the details on Monday including pics. I know how much he sold it to the tuner, but he will probably charge more for retail, the price will be in the vicinity of $850 (+/-???) . I think there are more parts covered by CF including the intake plenums.
For the engine covers for the past generation AMGs (C43, E55, CLK55), the kit will include covers for the windshield cleaner reservoir, expansion tank, and ECU box. So, the price will probably be just a little more than $850. The price will still be reasonable considering the amount of CF used to cover the engine bay. The emblems are going to be unique (hence CF). You shall see....
