Going Kleemann...

Spoke to Cory today...damn awesome guy.

Anyway, started with me trying to get Renntech to sell me their $5K header to go with my RT pulley. They told me that headers backlogged for months so ECU for pulley only is $3200. When they get the headers in, I would have to pay another $3K or so for the header and pulley programming ($6K in ECU only)...are they F#CKING NUTZ? I mean, I can tolerate the $5K header "gouging" but damn, for them to double dip in ECU programming is a bit too far.

Speaking with Corey, he told me the headers are $3600, ECU $1K and my RT pulley would work since it's almost identical to theirs. Honestly, I would have just pitched the RT pulley and went with Klemmann out of priciple then Corey talked me out of it. I then decided to get the Klemann LSD which is coming tomorrow so I should have that done by Wed. The Headers will arrive end of this week or early next week from Netherlands. I should be in the 600HP club by end of next week. Will post dyno when all is done...my "shop" is making custom Y pipes with high flow CATS so we'll see what that actually does.

Soooooooooooo glad you went LSD my friend. Noone should mod without it.

Welcome and enjoy the deep throaty sound the heads make. It's just awesome! Best part about it....went you start it, that initial "whoom" is enough to put a smile, or fear on any passengers face.

Let us know when you get some rear wheel dyno info.

Well, dropped off the car today and grabbed the ECU. Hopefully the headers will be here soon. My LSD will be done by Thursday AM, will update the difference. For the sake of testing the car, I turned off ESP and launched the car and watche the car go sideways so let's see how much the LSD will fix. More updates to come.
