California just passed a law allowing you to cover your license plate. However the cover cannot be tinted at all. I know there are some products out there advertising that they diffuse lasers or turn opaque with photo radar, etc.

Does anyone know if any of these products are reliable, and do any come in a non-fadeable non-tinted version?

I have a laser jammer (front and rear), but everything helps.
