you have two columns gentlemen. one you deduct on your tax form. the other you categorize as personal expenses. trick is trying to get all of the expenses into the deductions column. that way instead of paying 35% plus 11% (welcome to california) in taxes, you pay much less. and the state/fed government subsidize your E55 purchase.

as for california, in my town a 1200 sq ft house, 2 beds, 1 bath goes for nearly 750k if you can find it. i couldn't afford to rebuy in my town if i wanted to. at least we don't pay the property taxes the rest of you guys do.

you know, with all the "clever" people on this board, we really should put our heads together and come up with good tax/investment ideas to make our $'s work as efficiently as possible. or just spell out what works and what does not. no need to give more to the government than you need to.

As for kids and all of that expense we are both at the top of our career's and dont want to give them up at the moment and a nanny really isnt a option. Anyways, it takes a lot of work and I resent the comment made by eagleeye that people driving 130K+ cars have inherited it, my family had noting but with hard work and the good grades anyone can have 4 cars north of 100K. Why do you people here pay full taxes, I haven’t paid nearly a dime to the IRS since about 3 years ago when I meet together with a lawyer specializing in offshore accounts. Just defer all your money in to a Sub S in another country , like Dominican Republic. I just got sick of paying 40-45% taxes when the average person pays something like $600 worth of taxes. WTF, you cant like on a 10K income. Oh wait! You can since the democrats say lets tax the people who made something of their lives and give it to the people who just sit and watch tv all day. Only a very very small percentage of Americans' cant work in reality and I don’t mind funding them, but there are ALOT of people who are basically modern day pennyless hippies. This kind of stuff gets me going. Just remeber everyone has an opportunity... In America.

Try living in Canada or certain parts of Europe... That 500K is boiled down real quick.

Nothing to resent. Read my post. I said inheritance, OR high six figs with no kids, OR well over 1 million with/without kids.

It sounds like you 1. Have no kids 2. Have two big incomes coming in. You are probably in my latter group of 7 figure incomes.

BTW I 'm skeptical that you can pay ZERO federal income tax legally. How can that be? Believe me, taxes and subsidizing the lazy loser/scum element of society really gets me going as well. I could have a stable of exotics with what I've paid in federal taxes the last few years. But on the contrary, don't you think that you should be paying SOMETHING? For part of, say, the war effort in Iraq, which allows you to enjoy all of your luxuries safely, so that the terrorists don't nuke Walt Disney World?????????

Sorry I didn’t read on just saw the inheritance... I don’t pay zero... I said "nearly a dime"... trying to imply that I cut down on my taxes drastically... I still pay about 50K on taxes, but its nothing like it use to be. Nuke Disney.. lol sorry I found that funny. But yes I do believe that I should pay something and I so think that I pay a fair amount of taxes for my income. There are SO many loop holes in the US tax law it would baffle you to know how idiotic the IRS is. They don’t clearly define 1000's of things that can be used to cut down your taxes to a unlimited events. However there are limits to what you can push the tax law, and that’s a scary thing. The IRS is probably the most powerful finical organization in the world besides the Federal Reserve. Being in the top 99% of the US tax bracket comes with big $$$ problems that I hated. Until all the taxes get sorted out to a fair degree where the top 10% income bracket pays 60% of the taxes and everyone pays a fair amount I will stop the off shore Sub S, but until that time it DISGUST me to see what the US is coming to. I love President Bush, but something needs to be done about all these people.

Man I'm with you. It is bull**** unfair how much we have to pay compared to the large majority of the population. Socialism! Can you recommend me to the guy who helped you with this offshore plan via PM?

Nope, still doesn't add up.

Not the cars and house you are talking about based on the income you are stating. The balance sheet doesn't add up unless other revenue streams are taken into account...or your income is understated.

No I had the 360 for a little over a year now. The only diffrence is that I dont have the carbon brake kit that cost 30K, but I do have everything else on it. It was instaled at CEC. Amazing car. I will be at the Orlando Disney.

Or his parents lied to him. In his first post he did say "my family". I don't know anyone who says that unless they are still supported by their parents.

or his 500k house has appreciated and he has a big home equity loan. 3000 per month with these interest rates does not add up.

Dude, it's really in Windermere. Do you even know what it is? I really don’t live their now, were building our home and it should be completed by winter 06'. Their was a seizure on a 50,000sq unfinished house of a President from Morgan Stanley, the IRS put it up for auction and it was way under value for what 1 1/2 acres in Isleworth cost, we just got done with the demo of the house. Do you think that its wrong? Would you like the address are something? PS: Are you still in college @ FSU, or an alumni?

Yes, this is amazingly off topic. Please forgive. But you are as full of sh*t as anyone I've ever met.

You claim to live in Isleworth (INCREDIBLY cheesy to list that as your location) but then admit that you don't live there.

You show pictures of your alleged SL65 claiming distronic and parktronic but you're get called out since they are clearly missing from the pictures.

You list a Gulfstream jet in your avatar that belongs to your firm.

You claim that these are pics of your car that somehow ended up on a German website:
https://mbworld.org/forums/showpost....9&postcount=25

Then you claim to be a senior partner in a corporate law firm which, if true, makes you the single worst speller in the American legal profession:

Somethin' ain't right. But I could be wrong. There's an easy way to solve this. PM me your name and I'll check it with my Florida Bar database right now. If I'm wrong, then I apologize. Sorry for the temporary highjack.

Here we go... sorry I hate to see ignorance like this....
I will list these in order and answer them accordingly.
1.Isleworth
2.Pictures show'd up on German website.
3.All Options -Parktronic / Distronic
4.GulfStream Jet
5.Worst Speller
6.Background Info/Bar

1.Now say that I don’t live there but it ask for location... I am building a house there.... NO NEED TO GO MCGRUFF ON MY @$$. Cheesy or Jealous??

2.This is what your saying that my pics are showing up on German car sites.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
"if that's your car congratulations. but these pics look surprisingly familiar:
http://www.automanias.nl/Uw%20auto/...0SL65%20AMG.htm
if its yours please post pictures of this sl65 with your other cars as well. recently there's been a bunch of posers on the boards and these pics seem suspicious, unless they stole your pics. plus your post count is low. sorry to doubt but you know how it is with these fakers coming on the boards recently..."
--------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hello KompressorKev,
These pics are not stole. I've talk with the owner (NoviTec360). For cooperation with www.automanias.nl.
Beckhammania23"
------------------------------------------------------------------------
sorry novitec360 for doubting you. just saw these pictures posted up and thought they were suspicious, given the recent posers on the boards. no offense intended, just trying to sort out real car owners vs. not. please accept my apology, and congratulations on a great car and stable!
--------------------------------------------------------------------
3.Now for the fact about the Sticker.... I might of been mislead into thinking that the car had all the options. Like this quote it could of been possible that the dealer had the wrong one, there were 2 SL65s.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
"My understanding is that often they do print the sticker's at the dealership. I have heard from more than one salesperson, that they get special blanks from the factory that they can then "reissue""

5. The single worst speller in the American Legal Profession.... that has to be a good one, but as you will learn one day time is of the essence and oh well I'll admit it I'm not the best speller you got me there. Thats why there is Spell Check... grim way to look at things, but. No one is pefect.

4/6 My firm is not based out of Florida (Main Office), but I am approved by the Bar of Florida. The firm is in the Top 100 largest law firms, #57 to be exact. The firm has a fleet of jets not just a Gulfstream, that’s the local office's assigned private jet. I will PM you with my name and legal background. Sorry that you think I'm a bullsh*ter. Hope this clears things up, Do you ever go to Orlando Speed World? If you ran a 11.65 that’s amazing for a E55. Congrats.
