I have always found that the USA is not particularly fond of station wagons. They have always been seen as bulky slow grocery getters that have been forgotten and replaced by minivans and SUVs. I’ve always seen how Europeans truly get the concept of a wagon. Having two children and two giant schnauzers, I’ve always loved wagons but never have had any options but Audi Avants (S4 and S6 v8 340hp) wagons. Don’t get me wrong, these are pretty awesome cars. They are fast but... not very fast!!! I went to the LA auto show and to my surprise there were two new wagons that were about to come out which are The dodge Magnum SRT8 and the e55 wagon. I’m happy to say that my new e55 station wagon is on its way and will be here in a month!!
I’m thinking about taking her up to Palm Beach to Renntech and reprogramming the ECU and changing the crankshaft pulley.. Does anyone know about this procedure or about this company? What are my pros and cons?
