Looking forward to more pics in daylight. I think black rims look best on white cars. Man that is HOT.
Congrats. Tell us what kind of deal you got if you don't mind.

When I was told that this set of rims were "custom ordered" to fit an E500 and guaratee fitting with 25 profile, I was still hesitated in getting them. Anyhow, I decided to try them on as I was prepared to roll the fenders. Well, I guess the distributor did tell the truth and with one finger gap in the back, the car has no problem or what so ever. I even had THREE guys sat in the back to test ride for rubbin. Fortunetly, It works out perfectly and all front/back fenders are perfect. And no...we didn't have to do any bolt-trimming in the front
FYI...
The last pic (with 2 finger gap) shows how it is when the car is raised up.
ps..the two car garage is a bit tight with two motorcycles and two cars all cramp in there.

For the lowering part, we just used the by-pass method that has become very popular in many shops in LA. It's still "cheating" the computer but of course...some people prefer to get the brabus kit. Time to do that took a max of 30 mins for both front and back. However, to find the right height, it took us another 3 test-rides and re-adjustments.

Congrats on the car, and it looks great.
Just wanted to say that it sure is nice to see more white Beast's out on the road. It really is an awe inspiring color in person when it is properly detailed for.

nice, take some far away pics now!
btw i wouldn't stick to the way the car's lowered now, i've heard about two cases that the car got screwed up, and warranty will not cover it.......

looks great with the tires tucked in the rear, don't you hate it when you drive the car and it automatically raises up the 1/2" or so and stays that way unless you cycle it up then down with the airmatic switch or let it sit overnight.mine does the same, drives me crazy, makes me miss coil springs.

You could do wathc Scortchie / MBenzNL and many others here did by just hooking the car up to STAR Diagnostics and then lowering it that way?????? The car woud be within specs and bes of all it will not void the warranty.

Actually I do not like it when it's "tucked in". It only would get tucked while going thru. driveways and over speed-bumps with rear passengers, I just wanted to make sure that if that happens, it would be ok without "raising" the car with that button(below the shifter). The "tucked in" pic is just for everyone's reference.
I actually have one-finger gap around the car.
ps..i got rid of the 996turbo cuz it's getting really "played-out" in LA. Plus the new body for Cs are out already...just want to dump it before the resale value hits the bottom
